Dr. Rolin Otomo is the founder and one of the lead optometrists at 808 Eye Care.  With over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Otomo is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care utilizing modern technology and up to date treatments.  He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University after completing clinical externships in primary care, contact lenses, and ocular disease across the continental US. 

Helping patients achieve their best vision and eye health is what Dr. Otomo cares most deeply about and he provides comprehensive eye exams to patients of all ages.  He is skilled in the diagnosis and management of ocular conditions such as acute injury, allergies, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, macular degeneration and dry eyes.

When Dr. Otomo is outside of the practice, he enjoys outdoor activities and water sports, traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with his wife and 2 daughters.

Dr. Kensey Inouye is a graduate of Pacific University College of Optometry and has over 35 years of experience in clinical practice. He is a firm believer of practicing “Progressive Optometry”, using advancements in technology and science to offer patients the best care possible.

Dr. Inouye provides primary eye care for families ranging in age from infants to the elderly. He is also knowledgeable in the treatment of medical eye conditions like glaucoma, macular degeneration, and dry eyes. Another area of interest for Dr. Inouye is the fitting of scleral and specialty contact lenses to help patients with Keratoconus and other corneal irregularities achieve their best vision possible.

When he’s not in clinic, Dr. Inouye enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for cooking and baking delicious treats for his grandchildren and co-workers.
